Online Therapy for Adults & Teens Throughout Wisconsin
Therapy doesn't have to feel stiff, clinical, or uncomfortable!
I provide practical, down-to-earth online therapy for adults and teens dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and everyday stress. My approach is supportive and collaborative, with plenty of room for humor! I'll also challenge you when it can help you move forward.
How I Can Help
I work primarily with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationships, and the everyday challenges that can leave you feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I provide a welcoming, judgment-free space for people of all backgrounds and identities, and my practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and kink-positive.
Anxiety & Stress
Anxiety has a way of turning small concerns into big ones and making you second-guess yourself. I help clients manage overthinking, everyday stress, and the endless "what ifs" so they can better recognize what's worth worrying about and what isn't.
Life Transitions & Young Adults
Relationships can be complicated, whether you're dealing with dating, friendships, family, boundaries, or conflict. I help clients make sense of difficult interactions, communicate more effectively, set healthy boundaries, and figure out when to stand their ground and when it may be better to let something go.
Relationships & Social Life
Adulthood comes with a lot of change and surprisingly few instructions. Whether you're navigating college, a new career, moving, changing friendships or relationships, or simply figuring out what's next, I can help you work through the uncertainty and feel more confident in the direction you're heading
Meet Marc Caron, LPC
I founded Modern Mind Therapy Services with the goal of making therapy feel more approachable, practical, and human. I've worked in the mental health field for more than a decade, helping adults and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, and the challenges that come with figuring out what comes next.
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of therapy. My style is conversational, supportive, and straightforward. There's plenty of room for humor, but I'll also challenge you when I think it could be helpful. My goal isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to help you look at situations more clearly, understand what's within your control, and make decisions you feel confident about.
